I'm new to Pilates, is the membership good for me?

Absolutely! There are classes suitable wherever you're at in your movement journey. In each class there are always lots of options so you can find a place that suits your mood and ability. Theres lots of room for progression to dial it up or down. The ideal place to start would be our Basics classes for Pilates and Flow.


Can I buy a membership as a gift for someone else?

What a good idea! You sure can, gift cards are available at the bottom of our home page.

I'd really like to do some 1-1 Pilates or Yoga classes, do you offer Privates?

Yes, send me an email and we can arrange either ongoing classes or a one-off to address a specific issue. I take Privates in person if you're in Hawkes Bay, I offer private Reformer Pilates at my home studio in Napier or at home visits can be arranged. If you're further afield, privates can be arranged via zoom.

I'm not based in New Zealand, can I join?

Absolutely, we're international! You will be charged in NZD so depending on your bank there might be a small international currency fee (Usually under $1).


How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.


How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Profile from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.
How do I update my billing information? Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Profile from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.


How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Profile from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.
